- If multiple accounts are operated from the same household or the same IP address, action will be taken subject to investigation.
3. Age Verification
At the time of registration you must confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. 1xx may at any time request a national identity card or other government-issued documents for age verification. If a user is found to be underage, the account will be closed immediately and the associated balance will be forfeited.

4. Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify 1xx support immediately.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals
All deposits and withdrawals at 1xx are processed through bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
Important Payment Conditions
- Transactions may only be made from the payment method and number registered on the account. Different numbers or third-party payments will not be accepted.
- Account verification (KYC) may be required to complete the withdrawal process.

6. Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses and promotional offers at 1xx are subject to specific conditions. New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit — up to ৳15,000 — with a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement will be ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

- Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement for that bonus has been completed.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be activated at the same time unless the promotion's terms specifically state otherwise.
- If bonus abuse is proven — such as claiming bonuses on multiple accounts or completing wagering with artificial bets — the bonus and any winnings will be forfeited.
- 1xx reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets and gaming decisions at 1xx are the user's own responsibility. 1xx is not liable for losses caused by technical issues or connection interruptions; however, for provable technical errors the support team will assist in finding a resolution.

- Using bots, automated software, or any third-party tools to place bets or play games is prohibited.
- Winnings obtained by exploiting any bug or error in a game or the system will be voided.
- In sports betting, the amount or market of a bet cannot be changed after the match result has been announced.
- 1xx takes the utmost care in setting odds and markets; however, the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect prices (Palpable Error) is reserved.
- If a round in a live casino game is cancelled due to a technical issue, the related bet will be refunded.
